CTC :- 10 LPA to 15 LPA (Negotiable and open for the right candidate based on experience and qualifications.)

Job Role: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant who can independently manage the entire accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have the ability to finalize the balance sheet, lead and supervise the accounts team, and report directly to the management. The person must also have sound knowledge of documentation required for bank-related processes, including LC (Letter of Credit) limits and stock-related submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all accounting functions of the company.
  • Finalize accounts and prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities as needed.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for LC limits, stock statements, and other bank formalities.
  • Report financial status, risks, and suggestions directly to top management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance (M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
