Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Salesforce UX/UI Designer to contribute to the creation and delivery of user-centered digital products. The role involves leading assigned features, supporting junior designers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. This position is hands‑on, encompassing research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and close collaboration with developers and product teams. It offers exposure to product strategy, design systems, and emerging technologies, forming a strong foundation for a progressive career in product design.

Design Execution

• Produce high‑quality UX and UI deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Design across Salesforce interfaces, as well as headless responsive web and native mobile applications.
• Apply and evolve established design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Iterate on designs based on user, stakeholder, and developer feedback.

User Research & Insights

• Support user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyse findings to create personas, journey maps, and other user‑centered artifacts.
• Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to guide design decisions.

Interaction & Visual Design

• Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models for intuitive user experiences.
• Develop low‑to‑mid‑fidelity wireframes and translate them into high‑quality UI designs.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Lead key feature designs and mentor a team of designers under the guidance of senior design management.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and designers to deliver features that meet business and user goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide design input during planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and contribute to documentation and internal showcases.
• Assist with usability and A/B testing to validate and refine design solutions.
• Integrate data‑driven insights and user feedback into continuous design improvements.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance design practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design, ideally within consultancy or digital product environments.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and the MS Office suite.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing design work, problem‑solving, and UX/UI execution.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Positive, proactive, and growth‑oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
