We are a UK-based cleaning company , specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services . As our team grows, we’re looking for a confident and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join us remotely and help expand our client base.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right cleaning solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and sales performance.
On-target earnings of R25,000 / month , including R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission .
40 days paid leave annually.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong performance history.
Clear and professional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Able to work independently in a fully remote role.

Resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle rejection and stress calmly.
Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing sales.
Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
