What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it) You’ll take ownership of growing the residential and C&I solar segments by identifying opportunities, managing a varied sales pipeline, and closing deals that matter. You’ll tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring satisfaction from first contact through to delivery. Regular client visits and presentations will keep you connected to the market, while your reporting and CRM skills will help you stay on top of targets. Your efforts will directly support the company’s expansion and South Africa’s clean energy journey.
Where you’ll be doing it You’ll join a dynamic and expanding solar energy business based in Midrand that serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients. What you’ll need You bring at least 3 years of proven success in solar energy sales across residential and C&I sectors. Your understanding of PV technology, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks is excellent. You\'re confident using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and tracking tools. A valid driver’s licence & your own vehicle is essential, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering would be advantageous. A stable, solutions-oriented mindset is key.
