We are recruiting for a key role with a leading supplier in the industrial spares and equipment sector. Our client is looking for a dynamic hunter to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

This role offers a compelling package for motivated individuals who own their sales process and are driven by earning potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities and proactively onboard new clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Present product solutions, prepare quotes, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct field sales visits and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in B2B, industrial, technical, or related fields.

A true “hunter” mentality—self-motivated, driven, and resilient.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work autonomously, manage a territory, and travel as required.

Package & Remuneration:

  • R12,000 – R15,000 per month.
  • Commission per month can start at R13,000+ monthly on target.
  • Company Phone will be provided for business use.
  • Own reliable vehicle is essential. All business-related petrol costs are reimbursed.
