About the Role

Your focus as Data & Reporting Manager (Sales Operations) will be to support sales development teams with optimal processes and systems, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Managing our sales tools, including B2B data providers (e.g., Clay, Cognism), CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform (Salesloft), ensuring proper integration, configuration, and management.
  • Overseeing B2B data acquisition, list cleaning, and consolidation processes.
  • Refining our client and internal reporting processes using Google Sheets.
  • Leading ad‑hoc projects to improve systems and processes through automation.
  • During onboarding, we will provide mentorship, training, and certifications to support your success.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (with first‑year university maths completed).
  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • Interest in FinTech, SaaS, and startups.
  • A passion for process efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Expert‑level Excel/Google Sheets skills for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or B2B sales processes is a plus.
