Role Overview
iStore is looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our high-volume B2C telesales operation. This role owns the end-to-end online sales journey, from lead eligibility through to invoicing and fulfilment, and plays a critical role in driving conversion, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales consultants in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while working closely with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Contact Centre, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, data, accountability, and results.
Key Outcomes

- Reduce order fallout, cancellations, complaints, and rework
- Drive cost-effective operations across people, process, and systems

Core Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coach telesales consultants to deliver speed, quality, and conversion
- Own pipeline health, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Monitor and optimise funnel performance from lead to fulfilment
- Work closely with Sales Operations to improve processes, systems, and results
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Order Management, Inbound Contact Centre, and Warehouse teams
- Drive sales-led customer experience outcomes
- Ensure call quality, compliance, and operational accuracy
- Use data and insights to identify performance gaps and implement corrective action
How Success in this role will be measured
- Sales volume and revenue vs target
- Funnel conversion: Lead → Opportunity → Sale → Fulfilment
- Turnaround times (TATs) per sales stage
- Order fallout, cancellation, and rework rates
- Customer Experience scores (NPS & CSAT)
- Call quality and compliance scores
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in B2C telesales, with at least 2 year in a high-volume sales management role
- Proven track record of managing transactional sales pipelines at scale
- Strong people leader with the ability to coach for performance and quality
- High energy, confident communicator, and natural motivator
- Comfortable balancing sales delivery and operational discipline
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on execution and outcomes
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Experience in MNO sales
- Background in high-tech, consumer electronics, or retail
- Exposure to online or omnichannel sales environments
