  • Proven experience winning and managing large B2B accounts across SA and Africa.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a sales team with measurable performance improvement.
  • Background in tech, communications, electronic security, IoT, or related B2B industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent CRM discipline and proficiency in Excel / Sheets.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, , or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
