About the RoleJelocorp Group are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the construction machinery sector to lead sales growth and expand market share within the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the construction machinery sector. Promote and sell machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes) to contractors, distributors, government clients, and other key stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving regional growth and expanding the company's market share. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals in line with company objectives. Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing regular feedback to management. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and on-site client visits.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in the construction machinery industry (essential).

Strong background with Chinese-funded construction machinery companies (e.g., XCMG, Liugong, Shantui) is highly advantageous. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned provinces. Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages will be an advantage.
