A construction and engineering firm is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in the electrical engineering sector. The role requires maintaining customer relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. We have a vacancy for a Sales Manager. This is a Senior executive appointment responsible for sales and business development.
This position collaborates with sales staff and branch managers.
Promoting the company and our business;
Identifying opportunities for business growth and actively pursuing new projects.
Maintaining relationships with our customers;
Following up on leads and tendering for opportunities;
Submitting quality quotes and following these up to conclusion.
Duties: Include but not limited to:
The minimum qualification would be a national diploma in electrical/ electronic engineering.
Preference is for an experienced sales person from the Electronic or Electrical Engineering industry who has a proven success history of over achieving sales targets.
Experience in estimation/tendering is essential.
We offer a negotiable salary plus an incentive based on over achievement of sales targets.
