REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager (experience in the building industry is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and drive innovation.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, accounting, and inventory management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
DUTIES
Sales Strategy & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide input on annual sales targets and develop action plans to meet them.
- Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and activities.
- Research, select, and implement a suitable CRM system.
Sales Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Address team disputes and disciplinary matters in collaboration with HR and the CFO (with access to an HR consultant).
- Organize training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide input and feedback on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure the sales team actively participates in marketing events and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image within the building industry.
Customer & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee client communication to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to drive engagement and retention.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence reports to senior management.
Budget & Revenue Management:
- Assist in the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
- Work with senior management to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and profitability.

- Every 1st & Last Saturday: 09:00 (managers required to open/close)
