Be the successful “go to person” for inbound enquiries, accurate quotations for various project requirements. Ensure all processes run smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Valid code 8 driver’s license COMPULSORY
• Matric or National Diploma highly advantageous
• Estimating experience in a Technical and/or Engineering background
• CAD (2D and 3D) experience
• Computer Literate (strong Excel skills)
• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Confident to handle stressful situations and demanding clients
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a diverse team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet clients face-to-face and advise on products and services offered
• Draw up quote according to client’s project requirements
• Monitor customer trends and follow up if there are changes
• Manage client orders from start to completion
• Accountable for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and providing timeous feedback
• Manage existing client orders and take on new ones
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers throughout the year
• Contribute to team goals and effort by supporting the team as required
• Provide an Express Service as and when required
