The client helps high-growth companies scale their outbound pipeline.

About the Role

This role is100% focused on outbound execution. You will be the driving force behind building pipeline for their clients, engaging prospects viacold callsandLinkedIn outreach, booking meetings, and generating qualified opportunities.

You don’t need to have worked in a traditional sales role before—but if you’ve beenon the phones, dealt withclients directly, or have a natural ability to build rapport quickly, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound cold callsto targeted prospects on behalf of the client’s clients.

  • Executepersonalized LinkedIn outreach campaignsto engage decision-makers.

  • Book qualified meetingsand pass leads to Account Executives or client sales teams.

  • Follow and optimizeoutbound playbooksand outreach cadences.

  • Track activityand performance metrics in CRM tools.

  • Provide feedback on messaging, target personas, and prospect objections.


Who You Are:

  • Some experience withcold calling, phone work, or customer-facing roles(sales, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, etc.).

  • Confident,resilient, and comfortable withhigh-volume outreach.

  • Strong verbal communication skills—you know how tohold a conversationand create connections quickly.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated—you thrive on hitting targets.

  • Familiar with LinkedIn or open to learning how to use it as a prospecting tool.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRMs or outreach tools (but not essential).
