About the role

This is your chance to break into Tech Sales with some of the fastest-growing international FinTech and SaaS companies. You’ll learn how to generate pipeline, book meetings with C-level executives, and play a key role in winning new customers.

We’ll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you’ll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.

What you’ll do
  • Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets

  • Join customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
  • Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders
Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably sales-related) after your studies
  • Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
  • High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
  • South African citizenship
