A dynamic recruiting firm in South Africa is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive sales through outbound calls and build client relationships. On target earnings (OTE) for this position is 35,000 ZAR per month (base + commission + bonus).

As a Sales Development Representative, during your first 12 months, you’ll:
Your first 12 months will focus on mastering the fundamentals as a Sales Development Representative. From there, strong performers move directly into the Account Executive role, where you’ll run discovery calls, manage client relationships, and close new business. As we continue to grow, top AEs step into senior roles with increased responsibility, ownership, and earning potential.
