Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Development Executives to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and gauge interest.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through outbound emails, social media outreach, and cold calls.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess prospects’ needs, decision‑making authority, and buying potential to ensure high‑quality leads for the sales team.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by regularly following up on previous conversations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring up‑to‑date and accurate information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align on target market strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, verticals, or opportunities for sales outreach.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments booked for the sales team.
Skills and Competencies
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections.
  • Sales Skills: Familiar with cold calling techniques and consultative selling; can qualify leads effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools; knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Self‑Motivated: Results‑driven mindset, works independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management to handle high call volumes and follow‑up tasks.
  • Problem‑Solving: Critical thinker who identifies solutions to move leads forward in the sales pipeline.
Requirements
  • Reports To: Head of Sales.
  • Clear progression path within a fast‑growing company.
  • Working hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm Mon‑Fri (GMT).
  • 15 days holiday per year + your birthday off.
  • Equipment: Minimum 20 MB broadband line, own PC/Laptop and headset required.
Benefits and Compensation

Bonus structure: OTE – % of base salary.

Salary range: base salary + bonus.
