This is a full-time on-site Corporate Finance M&A Advisory role located in Sandton. The incumbent will assist the business with financial transactions, capital structure, and investment decisions for mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
  1. Negotiating strategies: Developing strategies for negotiating acquisitions.
  2. Financing resources: Developing financing resources for acquisitions.
  3. Structuring financing: Structuring financing solutions to meet the needs of an acquisition.
  4. Due diligence: Investigating, verifying, or auditing a potential deal or investment opportunity.
  5. Strategic reviews: Advising on strategic reviews.
  6. Listing: Advising on listing.
  7. Privatizations: Advising on privatizations.
  8. Strategic partnerships: Advising on originating and structuring strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
