The successful candidate will manage maintenance staff, ensure quality of production rolls, and handle technical reporting. Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N3 / NQF4 – Technical Qualification with production experience.
• Minimum 3 Years in a first level management position in a production environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency in various Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience as a SAP Super User for Production Planning and Execution.

Responsibilities

• Control maintenance staff and oversee roll activities.
• Oversee operations of Roll Shop Machines.
• Identify and report irregularities to Production and Maintenance.
• Prepare and submit monthly Roll Shop Technical reports.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of roll shop equipment.
