Join a leading Sandton law firm in a critical leadership role driving risk and compliance excellence. We’re seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and oversee operational risk and compliance strategies, ensuring the firm operates within all legal and regulatory frameworks.

Key Focus Areas

• Develop and lead firm-wide risk and compliance programs (POPIA, FICA, AML, ESG).
• Design and monitor internal controls, policies, and reporting systems.
• Manage incidents, investigations, and audits.
• Advise senior leadership on risk strategy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management or related field (postgraduate / certifications preferred).
• 10+ years’ risk & compliance experience, ideally in legal / professional services.
• Strong knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks and risk management standards (ISO, COSO, ERM).
• Proven leadership and advisory capability.
