Job summary

A prominent retail group in South Africa is seeking a Store Manager who will be responsible for driving turnover and managing stock losses. This role requires at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership position. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and a proven ability to manage and develop staff. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Controlling expenses.
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy.
