Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Field Manager to join a vegetable producer and supplier in Gauteng. As a Retail Sales Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of retail sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for leading and developing sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with different departments to assess customer opportunities
  • Support market initiatives and develop local programs
  • Ensure timely input to the commercial planning process
  • Achieve yearly volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets
  • Increase market share and monitor performance
  • Establish contracts and manage customer P&L
  • Execute seasonal strategies and promotions
  • Improve product distribution and availability
  • Manage equipment placement and price execution
  • Maintain effective communication and account relations
