In this role, you will ensure store budgets align with business objectives and support operational efficiencies to improve profitability. The ideal candidate will hold a CA (SA) or CIMA designation, possess at least 5 years of finance experience in retail, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel and ERP systems, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Experience with ERP systems and business analysis tools.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store budgets align with business objectives.
• Drive the forecasting process to meet budget targets.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and execute them.
• Manage quarterly incentive payout process.
