As a Reservationist, youll play a pivotal role in delivering a warm welcome before guests even arrive, ensuring that every booking is handled with efficiency, accuracy, and a personal touch.

What Were Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years experience in central reservations (essential).
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality & Tourism (preferred).
  • Proficiency in reservation systems; BENSON experience an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Team player with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
What Youll Do
  • Assist guests with reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, rates, packages, and special offers.
  • Manage reservations on BENSON (experience an advantage).
  • Confirm bookings, handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with operators, agents, and internal departments.
  • Upsell other properties within the group to maximise guest experience.
  • Keep accurate reservation records and ensure smooth inter-department communication.
