Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Hospitality and a minimum of 5 years' experience in cost control, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality cost control, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily operational costs and variances.
• Control inventory for food and beverage and hotel supplies; conduct stock counts.
• Verify purchase orders, goods received notes, and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with F&B, Chef, and Procurement on recipe costing and menu profitability.
