Job Description – Sales Development Representative (SA)
Overview

We are seeking an SDR in South Africa to identify and qualify leads, engage potential clients, and support the sales team to drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other outreach methods.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize messaging and targeting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities).
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role (BDC / SDR / inside sales).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English; comfortable with outbound activities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment or in a hybrid setup.
  • Resilience, coachability, and a target-driven mindset.
