Remote IT Support Technician required in Cape Town

This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in IT who enjoys troubleshooting and providing customer support. As a Remote Support Technician, you’ll be part of a 24/7 service desk, assisting global clients in the mining and construction sectors.

Location: Century City, Cape Town – Onsite.

Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 CTC per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across networks, servers, and remote systems.
• Monitor systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle support queries via telephone, email, and chat.
• Escalate issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
• Produce reports and keep records of incidents and resolutions.

• 1+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
• Relevant IT or networking degree/certification.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
