Requirements
  • BSc in Food Technology or BCom in Business.
  • 6–8 years of experience in commercial or technical sales.
  • Sales experience within FMCG or industrial sector.
  • Primarysales focus is on factory or industrial clients.
  • Experience in handling key accounts.
  • Strong discipline and time management skills.
  • Planning and proactive approach.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong communication and persuasiveness.
  • Resilience and solid business acumen.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
  • Plan fortnightly sales call schedules to ensure a value-added approach.

  • Research and grow product and industry knowledge.
  • Execute promotional activities as per company standards.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships with an absolute focus on service.
  • Compile and submit weekly sales reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends as required.
  • Perform sales administration and ensure delivery standards are met.Develop and maintain agreements for factory accounts.
  • Review customer accounts monthly to identify and resolve queries.

Note: Extensive travel required.
