Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of project, financial, and risk management principles.
• Working knowledge of the OHS Act and health and safety requirements.

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage the regional project delivery team.
• Drive delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
