Key Responsibilities
- Capture and processtimesheetsaccurately on internal systems.
- Handleclient and candidate registrationsand maintain data accuracy.
- Source and screen candidatesfor open positions.
- Retype and formatprofessional CVsin MS Word.
- Audit candidate filesand ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Assist withmonth-end dutiesand reporting.
- Supportbusiness development activities, including generating new business leads.
- Conduct or assist withclient visitsand relationship-building activities.
- Assist withmarketing taskson Canva (job posts, adverts, visuals).
- Supportevents, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Draft professional email communication to clients and candidates.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) –Essential
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing –Advantageous
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Exceland MS Word–Essential
- Experience with Canvaor marketing design tools –Advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional and confident communication with clients and candidates
