Are you a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong administrative and creative skills?

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and processtimesheetsaccurately on internal systems.
  • Handleclient and candidate registrationsand maintain data accuracy.
  • Source and screen candidatesfor open positions.
  • Retype and formatprofessional CVsin MS Word.
  • Audit candidate filesand ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist withmonth-end dutiesand reporting.
  • Supportbusiness development activities, including generating new business leads.
  • Conduct or assist withclient visitsand relationship-building activities.
  • Assist withmarketing taskson Canva (job posts, adverts, visuals).
  • Supportevents, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Draft professional email communication to clients and candidates.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) –Essential
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing –Advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Exceland MS Word–Essential
  • Experience with Canvaor marketing design tools –Advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional and confident communication with clients and candidates
