Recruitment Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary: R18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (UK Hours)

Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our global recruitment operations. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of hiring processes, maintaining accurate applicant records, and providing vital administrative support to our recruitment teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle across various international regions.
  • Maintain regular communication with recruitment partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Post job vacancies across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Assist with pre-employment processes including background checks, reference verifications, and contract preparation.
  • Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and start dates for new hires.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics for internal use.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment best practices across regions.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and job boards when necessary.
  • Handle data capturing and general administrative paperwork related to recruitment.
  • Support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment practices and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
