Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Receptionist/Personal Assistant to the Executive Head to join our Ruimsig Primary and Secondary Schools!
The receptionist/PA will provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support and ensure smooth communication and operations both internally and externally to both primary and secondary schools in the Ruimsig campus. The receptionist will also act as the first welcoming and smiling face to parents and other guests who visit our campus.
Appointment date 01 March 2026. As Receptionist/PA to the Executive Head at Ruimsig Primary and Secondary, you will do the following:
