Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Receptionist for a 4-month contract in Welkom. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers with payments, and general admin tasks. Applicants should have Grade 12, be computer literate, and have a minimum of 2 years of reception experience. Knowledge of Sage 300 is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Reception experience.
  • Strong communication skills, friendly and well spoken.
  • Sage 300 experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Assist customers with payments and record receipts.
  • Email quotes and invoices to customers.
  • Capture cash receipts on Sage 300.
  • Check ProForma delivery books for Sales orders.

Job Description
  • Receptionist – answering of phones and taking messages
  • Assisting customers paying cash / card, recording receipt
  • Sending Card slips to JHB and update Merchant batches daily
  • Emailing quotes and invoices to customers
  • Assist with general admin and filing
  • Capture cash receipts on Sage 300
  • Capture timesheets on Sage 300
  • Assist with branch Stock Take
  • Checking ProForma delivery books for Sales orders and and invoicing
Skills Requirements
