Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Visit Mobile Network Facilities (Towers) & conduct Quality Inspections, and produce quality acceptance reports after vandalism repairs.
• Inspect quality of tools and equipment for Field Engineers. Run quality and safety training sessions with FMEs and share reports and training documentation.
• Manage, and track the complete lifecycle of network defects (snags) from the moment an issue is identified and logged, until the snag is fully resolved and officially closed in the system.
• Manage quality on New Site Builds, Battery installations and answer FAQs.
• Track and Document progress of various projects in the region (Actual Achieved vs Planned Sites) Daily reporting and timeously updating on daily basic activities.

Requirements

• 4 + years experience in Quality Management in the Telecommunications or Network Operations environment (on or around mobile towers, RAN equipment, RF, Tx, microwave, power systems, or site maintenance).
• A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quality, Health & Safety or Related Qualification. Project or Defect Lifecycle Management experience. Technical Communication & Training Ability.
