Key Responsibilities and Skills
What You’ll Do

The Centre of Excellence (COE) is the driving force behind SmartPA, where strategy comes to life. As part of this dynamic, client-facing department, you’ll be the heartbeat of our business – delivering high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Performing quality assurance audits on documentation.
  • Ensuring quality standards are being upheld across assignment execution.
  • Reporting the the team lead on any discrepancies and KPI tracking updates.
  • Providing suggestions of improvements across assignments and or individual/team development.
  • Documenting and reporting findings weekly to the team lead and service delivery manager.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas of improvement and enhancements.
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses within the team based on current performance.

Experience
What You’ll Need
Your experience is key, but your attitude is what sets you apart.

Essential:
  • Understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
  • Advanced attention to detail, reporting and documentation skills.
  • Intermediate conflict resolution and communication excellence. Strong collaboration abilities and continuous development outlook.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant educational background.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms and booking systems.
  • Experience in process improvement and creating efficiencies.

Important Details
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with UK time zones ( including daylight savings adjustments).
  • Location: Fully remote, with a reliable fibre internet connection. Future office-based work may be required in Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban.
  • Public Holidays: Work according to the UK calendar.
