Janin-1Duties & ResponsibilitiesApplicants are required to meet the following criteria : BSc, B. Eng or BTech qualification in built environment with professional registration as a Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP. Project management qualification advantageous, as well as post grad project management, business, or legal related studies. Good knowledge of and experience in built environment, planning processes, statutory processes, government policies and leading teams 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years' experience in complex building and / or infrastructure projects. Good ability on MS Office suite. The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to : Lead and manage multiple complex projects. Manage costs, scheduling and technical matters. Compile / review contracts and agreements. Build / maintain external stakeholder relationships. Project and programme management & contract administration. Management of service providers. Sourcing new work and concluding contracts. Technical advice to clients. Ensure compliance with all legislation. Ability to budget and maximise sustainable revenue streams. Salary : Market related.
