Job Responsibilities
  • Assigned to a small to medium sized EPC or full-scope construction-only project, or medium to large sized maintenance project.
  • Manage and execute assigned projects in accordance with the requirements of the contract among the company, client, and company’s operating policies and principles.
  • Executes the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project.
  • Manages and controls project cost and schedule.
  • Participates in business development activities and promotes a professional and business-like relationship with the client.
  • Participates in the business development of subordinates.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent project experience.
  • Understanding of engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical).
  • Scheduling (using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations.
  • Health & Safety compliance (e.g., ISO 45001, OHS Act).
  • 8-15 years of experience.
