Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Map, engage, and manage the complex ecosystem of stakeholders (e.g., WSP, CSIR, Grindrod, Traxion, Legal Counsel) to ensure alignment and secure necessary inputs and deliverables.
• Formalize and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix to eliminate role confusion across all teams and partners.
• Lead workshops and sessions to define ambiguous requirements, scope, and roles to create a clear baseline for execution.
• Establish and maintain a dynamic RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Log, with a specific focus on regulatory compliance risks, technical integration risks, and third-party delivery risks.
• Understand and manage critical technical dependencies between subsystems and vendor packages.
• Dealing with Ambiguity: Thrives in an environment where the path is not always clear and must be forged.
• Influence Without Authority: Critical for getting things done through internal teams and external partners not under direct line management. Resilience and Perseverance: For navigating inevitable setbacks in a complex project.
