Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to established timelines
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage project budgets and track expenses against allocated funds
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams of varying sizes
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management
- Conduct regular project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Motivate team members and resolve conflicts when they arise
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving project objectives
- Stakeholder Management
- Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements changes
- Present project updates and results to executive leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Risk & Quality Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Implement quality assurance processes and standards
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects with budgets of $100K+ and teams of 5+ members
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Methodologies & Certifications
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Familiarity with change management principles
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant field
