Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience in data analytics, M&E, or ICT4D.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and AI tools.
• Experience with Python/R/SQL or automation.

As a Programme Analyst, you will design and manage digital data collection tools, analyse programme data to produce actionable insights, automate processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and decision‑making. Core skills include:

• Data analysis and dashboard creation
• Digital tool design and management
• Automation using Python/R/SQL
• AI‑driven reporting (AWS, Copilot, Power BI AI Insights)

If you have the following:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, ICT, Education, or related field
• 2–3+ years’ experience in data analytics, M&E, or ICT4D
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and AI tools
• Experience with Python/R/SQL or automation
