Job description

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Scope: Production Associates at TTM Technologies are valued for their experience, which is critical to our success. We seek individuals with process manufacturing experience who support continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to material handling and machine operation disciplines.
2. Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
3. Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics.
4. Read blueprints and comprehend English instruction documents.
5. Strict compliance with all safety and quality guidelines.
6. Work closely with others in a team environment.
7. Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture.
8. Operate with a true sense of urgency.
9. Adhere exactly to process requirements.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of written instructions in English, including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Good English skills: written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork skills are critical for success.
• Good hand, finger, and eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
• Comfort working with or around chemicals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience required for data entry and documentation.

ITAR Requirements:

1. Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies, ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws.
2. Reinforce commitment to abide by US Export laws and regulations.
3. Follow procedures for foreign visitors (VAL).
4. Support Export Compliance efforts, including training and audits.
5. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of export compliance programs.
