We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Planner who is passionate about transforming procurement into a strategic function that delivers measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Key responsibilities include demand planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

New Build & Remodel Procurement Planning:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Project Requirements Coordination:

Import & Logistics Planning:

• Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with technical specifications and timelines.
• Manage international sourcing, shipping schedules, and customs compliance to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage lead times, and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, delivery status, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and project management teams to support organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in procurement planning or project-based supply chain.
• Proven experience with new builds/remodel procurement and import planning.
• Strong skills in Excel, procurement tracking, and scheduling tools.
• Exposure to equipment procurement (kitchen, HVAC, electrical) is an advantage.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and forecasting abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret BOQs and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and follow-up.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and suppliers.
• Problem-solving for procurement delays and bottlenecks.
