Our client seeks either a Process Engineer or Process Engineer Manager to play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This dynamic role requires a strategic approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of process engineering principles. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with various departments to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and support the organizations growth objectives.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Chemical (with process engineering) or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.

Proven experience in process engineering roles, with a minimum of 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

In-depth understanding of process design, optimization, and control in the manufacturing sector preferably in cable manufacturing or PVC / copper / aluminium.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and statistical methods to drive process improvements.

Excellent project management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in process performance.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key performance areas for this position will include the following:
