As a Practice Lead you will : Input into the Operational / Strategic Planning Execute parts of the regional business plan for the business unit (Practice) including : Go to Market Sales Marketing Input and execution of regional Capacity planning - Maintain appropriate capacity for forecast demand Responsibility for regional Scheduling / Managing of team utilisation Regional operational responsibility for Quality management - maintaining fit for purpose quality assurance standards, practices and processes People management including hiring, performance management and termination Key vendor relationship management (Regional) Pre sales - participation and coordination of resources within the practice (Regional) Marketing support (Regional execution) Plan Be AmbITious : This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
