Overview

BroadVision Marketing is a leading digital marketing agency and a HubSpot Solutions Partner. We help mid‑market organizations to increase visibility, grow revenues, maximize valuations, and prepare for successful exits.

We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist Contractor to join our team and manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services Ads), Microsoft / Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other social platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, ROI‑driven, and excels at optimizing campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and achieving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Setup: Develop PPC strategies aligned with the client's business goals and industry best practices. Set up and configure accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and tracking for Google Ads (including LSAs), Microsoft / Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitive analysis, and retargeting strategies.

Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage day‑to‑day performance of PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta for multiple client accounts. Implement and optimize retargeting campaigns across platforms to re‑engage high‑intent audiences. Continuously monitor, test, and optimize bids, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead. Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad variations.

Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, ROAS, cost per lead, lead quality, and retargeting effectiveness. Collaborate with our internal marketing team to connect PPC performance with CRM and sales outcomes. Work closely with project managers, account managers, and designers to align paid campaigns with client messaging and branding.

Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Microsoft / Bing Ads, and social media advertising policies. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) managing Google Ads (including Local Services Ads), Microsoft / Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong knowledge of keyword research, bid management, retargeting/ remarketing, and conversion tracking. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards. Strong copywriting and creative testing abilities for ad variations. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency or contractor background preferred). HubSpot integration knowledge is a plus.

Engagement & Compensation

Contractor role, remote / flexible. Engagement is project‑based with ongoing opportunities depending on performance. Competitive hourly or retainer‑based compensation, commensurate with experience.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per month. Rate: R to R per hour.
