Overview

Function Pharmacy Facility Position Pharmacy Clerk Introduction

A vacancy exists for a Pharmacy Clerk, based at LifeGroenkloof Hospital reporting to the Senior Pharmacist.

Critical Outputs

• Accurate goods receipting against invoices
• Investigating of queries relating invoices and MIR6
• Assist with investigation of GRIR reports
• Addressing purchase price variances
• Adhering to all SOP’s relating to stock and its management
• Planning and capturing of cycle counts for stock take
• Assist with close out of month end reports
• Investigation of unrecorded liabilities
• Daily filing of Invoices and other documentation
• New item code requests
• Unpacking and checking of stock
