What You’ll Do
  • Personal Assistant (50%)
    • Own the diary, travel, and daily flow — nothing slips through the cracks.
    • Be the clear line between the owner and team — instructions land, and follow-ups happen.
    • Keep the office running, staff aligned, and errands sorted.
    • Tackle challenges head-on with confidence and discretion.
  • Marketing Assistant (50%)
    • Support brand and social media content (shoots, posts, campaigns).
    • Coordinate product deliveries, activations, and creative projects.
    • Add flair with basic design or creative skills.
    • Keep calendars, content, and logistics on track.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally a diploma / degree in Marketing, Brand, Business, or Design.
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience (or transferable skills).
  • Own transport and driver’s license required.
  • Highly organized with razor-sharp attention to detail.
