We are looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a CEO and his wife across multiple business interests and personal matters. This is a trusted long‑term role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable operating across both professional and personal environments.
Location & flexibility
- Ideally based in Paarl / Winelands
- Candidates based in Cape Town will be considered if willing to travel to Paarl several times a week
- Hybrid role with a stronger on‑site presence initially while relationships are established
- Occasional liaison for local and international property or business projects
The role
You will provide end‑to‑end support across:
- Business administration and coordination across multiple entities
- Personal assistance including household matters, tech support (phones, apps, data transfer) and lifestyle follow‑ups
- Managing diaries and coordinating frequent national and international travel (office‑based; travel planning and logistics only)
- Liaising with accountants, lawyers, banks, insurance providers and other professional advisors
- Assisting with property matters including shopping centre management and liaison on international property projects
- Reviewing documents, offers and correspondence with a strong eye for detail
- Supporting personal wellbeing routines and lifestyle needs where relevant (fitness, nutrition, travel planning, events)
- Acting as a central organiser who keeps multiple moving parts aligned and running smoothly

Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Prior international travel planning experience, able to organise multi‑destination itineraries and manage changes confidently
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgement, initiative and practical problem‑solving ability
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and professional service providers
- Tech‑savvy and highly organised (Outlook, MS Office essential; able to assist with apps, data transfer, etc.)
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent advantageous but not essential
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Remuneration
- Salary guideline: R35 000 per month with flexibility for the right person based on experience and capability
