Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, manage, and respond to correspondence, including email communication.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative and client-related tasks.
Candidate requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
