Job Description
Main Objectives
As the Performance Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Invocom effectiveness, team performance and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across Premier. The role focuses on optimising the effectiveness of Master Coaches, Site Facilitators and Invocoms, while identifying and advising on and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned to the Premier Way to drive sustainable business performance.
Job Objectives:
- Drive the implementation and support of the HR People Strategy relating to Invocom processes and systems.
- Develop, plan, budget for and execute annual organisational improvement programmes in line with the Premier Way standards and scorecard requirements.
- Ensure alignment and continuous refinement of Master Coach scorecards in line with business focus areas.
- Support the creation of a high-performance and continuous improvement culture by providing expert advice on people effectiveness, productivity and efficiency.
- Standardise productivity measures and Invocom goals across business units in collaboration with business leaders and Invocom facilitators.
- Build internal Invocom and Master Coach capability through structured training, workshops, audits and ongoing development interventions.
- Coordinate and report on Invocom audits, systemic health, performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Enable problem-solving, coaching and facilitation excellence through learning interventions and collaboration with Talent & Development.
- Maintain and manage Invocom systems, performance apps, dashboards and data accuracy in collaboration with technical support teams.
- Provide first-line technical and systems support to Master Coaches and ensure optimal utilisation of Invocom platforms.
Qualification Requirements
- HR or Business-related degree (Essential)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Advantageous)
- ODETDP or equivalent qualification (Advantageous)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ FMCG experience with accountability for improving plant, process or people efficiencies (essential)
- 3–5 years’ experience in coaching, training and Invocom facilitation on site (essential)
- 3-5 years Learning and Development or Organisational Development experience (desirable)
