Salary

R6, per month (negotiable depending on experience).

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in a pastry or bakery department within a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Relevant pastry, culinary qualification, or professional training (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of pastry techniques, baking fundamentals, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for precision.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the pastry team.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
